What is Taichi?
Taichi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its self defense training and health benefits. Taichi is suitable for people of all ages and abilities and can even help build up muscle while dealing with injuries. Taichi focuses on slow and graceful movements that flow together to help relax your body and mind. It incorporates breathing techniques in steady rhythmic movements.
All ages and skill levels accepted!
